Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. For primary he/she have to Remain knowledgeable about real estate primary market.
Job Requirements :
- Proven work experience as Property Consultant.
- Fully understanding of all the property consultant aspects.
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations.
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software.
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation.
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Well organized with excellent time management skills.
- Valid real estate agent/broker license.
- BS degree in related field.
